Emmalee’s French Bread

2 small tomatoes thinnly sliced
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon Thyme
1 teaspoon Parsley
1 cup shredded cheese (your choice)
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 loaf of French Bread
1/2 onion sliced

Saute onion in a small amount of olive oil until browned.

Combine tomato, sauteed onion, seasonings and 1 tablespoon oil and toss. Spread sliced bread on a baking sheet. Top with tomato mixture. Add cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 8-9 mins.
