How to make a fruit smoothie


Start with your favorite frozen fruit.


Add enough milk to cover about 1/3 to 1/2 of the fruit.


Taste it. If it’s not sweet enough then add some sugar, honey, or my favorite, chocolate syrup. (I never said that this was super healthy. Lol.)


Make it pretty, because you deserve it!


Then go back to blogging!
