One of my biggest mistakes when starting out in my photographic journey was leaving after I thought the best light had passed. I now make sure I stay a little longer, because like this morning, a dull grey sunrise can quickly throw a splash of colour out for a moment and make things a little more interesting.

Because I sold my last listing for lovely beach stones I decided to list another. These are for those of you who live too far from the beach to be able to collect your own lovely supplies.
I found some amazing small beach stones at Lake Michigan recently and thought that I should share them. Here’s a set of black stones.
